Six problems, worked end to end

Product strategy and discovery work from an MBA at IIM Bangalore, an exchange term at Audencia Nantes, and company PM assignments. Segmentation, prioritization, PRDs, roadmaps and metrics — on real products, with the working shown.

Read this first. These are coursework and assignment exercises, not shipped products, and none of them were done inside the companies discussed. Every page states exactly what it is, which parts were team work, and where a number is illustrative rather than measured. Where a deck stops short of a recommendation, the page says so instead of inventing one.
